Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, including vintage, handmade, and thrifted pieces. Due to their unique nature, slight imperfections, variations in color, texture, sizing, or wear should be expected and are considered part of their character—not defects.

We make every effort to display products and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect actual colors.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Errors in pricing or descriptions
Suspected fraud
Incorrect shipping information

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued for any cancelled order.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Wandering Sparrow is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Vintage items
Handmade products
Intimate apparel
Gift cards

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags attached and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

All content on this website—including logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of The Wandering Sparrow and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. User Conduct
