Thank you for shopping with The Wandering Sparrow! We carefully package every order to ensure your treasures arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons, sales, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: We currently do not ship to the US.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Lost or Delayed Packages

The Wandering Sparrow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will gladly work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
